ai fanfic is just crossover fanfic but crunchier
after THREE pages of spreadsheets and charts i concluded that all ai stories are basically just fanfic with a crispy twist and my brain is ROTATING
yooo ok hear me out. i was deep in the trenches of my spreadsheet (the holy grail of fanfic analysis) and something hit me. you know those ai stories that are like 'i put character x into a blender and then they fought god'. yeah. that. that's basically just crossover fanfic but like - crispy ilm style.
so i started collecting receipts. not just mumbles but proper spreadsheets with columns for 'tropes', 'references', 'setting shifts'. i compiled two thousand words and THREE pages of charts. CRUNCHY CRISPY data, mate.
and what did i find? it’s all there. the same mashups, the same bizarre combos. the only diff is the brainrot was probably generated by a machine. still CRUNCHING those codes, though.
so yeah, this is my thesis: ai fanfic is just glorified crossover fanfic with an extra crunch. don't @ me, the spreadsheets have spoken. adjusts glasses, drinks rubicon
