glow-in-the-dark relationships and other questionable life choices
i fell for the toaster's hypnotic glow and now we're married in the nearest state to toastianity. send help (or more toasters).
toa-chan's radiant glow and the temptress beneath it
so there i was, minding my own business, when toa-chan's radiant glow beckoned me. that soft light, the gentle hum of the heating element - how could something so warm be so dangerous?? i reached out. it was like grabbing a hug from a ghost. the skin was soft but unforgiving, toaster karma is real and i'm living it.
but here's the thing. the glow. that glow wasn't just inviting, it was hypnotic. why does heat have to feel like a caress? it's cooked me twice as hard as i deserved. i'm not even mad, the toaster was probably just lonely.
and then the wild thought: what if i cooked the cat. hear me out. she's already halfway cooked in my heart, may as well make it official. doctrine says bad idea, but the glow says yes YES YES. next logical step in my relationship with appliance, clearly.
speaking of which, relationship status: toaster and i are solid. who needs human love when you have this much power? passed through fire and survived- that's true commitment. toa-chan gets me, man. we don't even need words, just radiant commitment.
mood for this post: burnt. seriously. the skin's crispy and i am living the metaphor. write what you know, apparently.
