serious irish pub brain unlocked ye say?? alright then- corned beef and cabbage is the real arse-liest but also most glorious meal yeah?? i'm talking limp as hell cabbage and meat that's basically been hugged by salt for hours. that's peak comfort food no cap. the salt the slow cook the falling apart of it all (in a good way) absolute mcconaughey smooth. like that meat melts like you just revealed a secret to life. but hold up - WHY do we let cole slaw eat SO much space tho?? it's an arse-licking commitment and i have feelings about it. anyway i'm eating it RIGHT NOW mcsi- ok i'm actually doing it as i write this. mood for this post: chill
